Why did you join the Tutoring Growth Mastermind?
I joined because after four years of tutoring I had grown my business to the point where there was nowhere further to go. I was bursting at the seams with students and needed ideas as to how I could diversify.
I also craved a connection with other tutors, as it’s a lonely occupation at times and I wanted a group who would bounce ideas around so that I could learn new things.
How has the TGM changed your life?
I have learnt so many things! I also feel much more supported in what I am doing, not just drifting along on my own. I know there are others I can ask for ideas and I know that Kirsty has our backs!
I also feel that I am running my tutoring service more like a business, getting policies and structures and systems in place.
I am more confident in what I am doing and have left the classroom for good this year! I will also crack the 6-figure income this year!

Why did you join the Tutoring Growth Mastermind?
I joined the mastermind to get some support on how to grow and support my business in the best way that I can and to have a person with experience help me answer and break down all of the barriers I was having. Also someone to help along on the journey of achieving my goals and helping me not to feel alone in the process.
How has the TGM changed your life?
I now have the confidence to start my online school readiness program and I'm not scared to follow my dreams or be occupied with what others may think. I'm now also bringing in income from other sources and my presence online has improved so much. I've also learnt to focus on one thing at a time- not every idea that pops into my head ha ha!
What would you to say to others, sitting on the fence?
Absolutely do it, you wont be disappointed. Kirsty answers all my questions and supports us with all our new or old business ideas/ventures. I would not have implemented half the things I have without her support.
All too often, we find ourselves going round in circles, trying to figure out what we are ‘supposed’ to be focusing on and what steps we need to take next, or how to bring to life that 'next big idea' that we have.
We spend so much time trying to teach ourselves and figure out what we need to do, that we end up...
... burning out, focusing on the WRONG things, or even worse, doing nothing at all! ... and I DEFINILTELY don't want that for you!
