In this training, I’m going to share with you the key ingredients that allowed me to go from a bogged down, overworked, time-poor business owner, hardly covering my bills, TO having a life that was well-balanced, a business that was growing, systems that allowed me more freedom and having the confidence and knowledge to take the right action.
As a teacher-turned-tutoring business owner, I know what you are going through. I spent the best part of two years in my business, working hard, but not really getting anywhere. Sure, I was making some money and had quite a few staff members, but I had no idea where my money was going each month and I had to be present at my centres each day, to make sure things went smoothly.
