Strategy Session Terms & Conditions

KIRSTY GIBBS – 1-Hour Strategy Session
AUD $497 + GST

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of a 1-Hour Strategy Session with Kirsty Gibbs (ABN 30057116596) trading as KIRSTY GIBBS (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing or booking the Strategy Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

This is a one-off, 60-minute coaching session delivered via Zoom. You’ll receive:

  • A 1-hour coaching session

  • A follow-up action plan (customised for your business)

  • A recording of the session

  • Relevant templates, resources, or tools where applicable

The session is designed to provide tailored business strategy support based on your goals, needs, and business model.

2. Booking and Payment

Session access is granted immediately upon payment. You will receive a confirmation email and a calendar link to book your session time.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST. The total payable is AUD $546.70 (including GST).

3. Rescheduling & Forfeiture

Due to the limited availability and personalised nature of this service:

  • There are no cancellations or refunds.

  • You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the start time using the Calendly reschedule link or by emailing us at [email protected].

  • If you attempt to reschedule within 12 hours of your session, or do not attend, the session will be forfeited without refund.

4. Program Materials & Intellectual Property

You may be provided with digital materials, templates, frameworks, or resources during or after the session.

All materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Kirsty Gibbs. You are granted a limited, single-use, non-transferable license for your own personal/business use only. You agree not to:

  • Copy, share, resell, or distribute the materials

  • Modify or repurpose the materials for use with others

  • Claim any part of the materials as your own

5. Confidentiality & Recordings

Your session will be recorded and a copy provided to you if requested. Recordings will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit prior consent.

All personal and business information shared in the session will remain confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Strategy and Advice Disclaimer

The Strategy Session provides general business coaching and strategic guidance. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes based on the guidance provided.

We do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes. Your progress will depend on your own actions, effort, and implementation.

7. Liability

You agree to participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the information, strategies, or materials provided in the session.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your participation or breach of these Terms.

8. Privacy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of delivering your session and communicating with you. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptance

By booking or paying for the Strategy Session, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms;

  • Are over 18 years of age;

  • Consent to the session being recorded; and

  • Understand that there are no cancellations or refunds once booked.
